1. Shipping Policy
Standard Order Processing:
Regular orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Pre-Order Products:
We will ship the product within a month (or sooner) after pre-order period closes.
• 2-3 weeks for production
• 1-2 days for quality control (QC).
Shipping Fees:
Determined by the total weight of the product and the shipping destination.
Tracking:
A tracking number will be provided enabling you to monitor your delivery’s progress.
2. Returns and Exchanges
Exchanges for Different Sizes/Colors:
Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of receiving the item as shown by the tracking code, with some exceptions under unique circumstances.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs incurred during an exchange unless an error was made on our part.
Damaged Goods:
On receipt of a damaged product, contact us immediately with photo or video evidence at [email protected], and we will guide you through your replacement or refund claim.
3. Refund Policy

Customer-Covered Costs:
Shipments for exchanges or non-error-related returns require customers to cover all related costs.
Sukjai-Covered Costs:
We cover all shipping costs for returns due to errors on our part, such as incorrect item shipments.
